Miller

Miller’s journey to our sanctuary began in January 2023 during our search for our beloved missing cat, Tweety Bird. A neighbor, Brian Miller, called, thinking Tweety might be at his house. Upon arriving, I quickly realized the cat wasn’t Tweety but noticed he was still intact. Determined to help, we set out to catch him for neutering—a challenging task, but one we ultimately accomplished. Miller became the inspiration for our mission to spay and neuter every animal we can reach. Affectionately named in Tweety Bird’s honor, the Tweety Bird Memorial Operation No Nuts Spay/Neuter Program Fund was born, opening our eyes to the overwhelming need for animal care in our underserved rural community.

Initially, we intended to release Miller after his surgery, but during his recovery in our bathroom, he proved to be far from feral. He purred nonstop and begged for affection, winning our hearts completely. However, there was just one issue—Miller immediately tried to stalk and attack our other cats, Puddy and Possum.

To keep everyone safe, Miller found a new home in my office, where he formed an incredible bond with his best friend, Georgie the pig. Now, Miller spends his days exploring outside (our other cats stay indoors to avoid any "killer" run-ins), visiting guests in Baloo the Skoolie, and sleeping cuddled up next to Georgie at night.

Miller is a cat with a personality as big as his adventures. While he’s a fearless hunter and fiercely independent, he’s also a loving companion to the humans he trusts and a devoted best friend to Georgie.

By sponsoring Miller, you’ll help provide the care, food, and safe environment he needs to thrive on his own terms. Your support ensures Miller can keep living his best life—bold, adventurous, and filled with love. Be part of his unique journey and show him just how special he truly is!
