How will my donation help?

Every day we:

• Feed appropriate meals, including top quality joint supplements, to each animal AM/PM including fresh veggies that we work around the clock to find donations in order to cut down our cost

• Fill and refresh drinking water

• Check each animal for any bumps or boo boos and secure appropriate medical attention as needed

• Fill and refill pools/ mud holes for all the animals to stay cool when it is hot

• Clean, add and fluff all straw for the animals to stay warm when it is cold

• Stop and take in the joy of loving on each animal with belly rubs, ear scratches and general love and attention

Monthly we:

• Weigh each animal (yes, we even weigh the chickens!!)

• Check and trim hooves as needed

• Administer monthly medications 

On an as needed basis: 

• Rush wildlife to appropriate rehab centers when we are not equipped to support their recovery

• Drive to UT Vet School (never a good thing when we have to go BUT SOOOO thankful we are only an hour away from top notch farm animal care)
