Possum

Possum’s journey to our sanctuary began with a photo that said it all—a tiny kitten perched on Miss Becca’s head with the caption, “Look what I found!” That kitten was Possum, discovered solo on our street, Possum Trot Road. From the moment they met, Becca and Possum bonded instantly, and we knew he was destined to become part of our Farmly.

Possum, affectionately known as Possum Trot Awesome Sauce or Squishy, is the most laid-back, dog-like cat you’ll ever meet. Pick him up, and he goes completely limp, happy to be held in any position for hours. He’s a dedicated TV-watcher in bed, a porch-scaling Spiderman, and the ultimate cuddle companion. With his playful antics and incredibly affectionate nature, Possum is a joy to everyone he meets.
